Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) – Hebrews 10:23 (KJV)
It’s not easy. You will need to ask God for help to be faithful. Perhaps, this is a quick reminder that, we are dependent on our heavenly Father for everything. There is no need to boast about anything. The Psalmist long ago identified our dependency on God. Please keep praying in order to be faithful.
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Psalm 51: 10-12 (KJV)
Our faith may be tested so that we may trust God’s faithfulness

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18 (KJV)
On account of what are we Christians? Everyone would say, “On account of faith”.
– St. Basil the Great
[The demon Screwtape writes:] Do not be deceived, Wormwood. Our cause is never more in danger than when a human, no longer desiring, but still intending, to do our Enemy’s will, looks round upon a universe from which every trace of Him seems to have vanished, and asks why he has been forsaken, and still obeys.
– C. S. Lewis (taken from The Screwtape Letters)
